Typo3 install extension manager
Import the extensions, in typo3, go to the extension manager (Admin Tools - Extension Manager).
The difference between these extensions is the functionality.
The easiest way to install new extensions is to use the function at the top of the module under List of look up reviewed/all extensions.

Make sure that you only allow a valid range of integers there.
The default username is admin and the password is password.
